Pho Mimosa in Snohomish

Authentic Vietnamese food with some Thai options on the menu. High quality sliced beef, tendons and beef balls. Enjoyed the piping hot beef-based pho soup, after a chilly visit from the mountain pass.

Food is fresh and delicious. Staff is polite, cheerful and always happy to see us.

Did not disappoint on anything we ordered! Great prices, and friendly staff. Will be coming again!

My first time here. My wife requested pho. I had already eaten and am not the biggest fan of pho. - I got it to go and on my way to bring it to her it smelled so good...I couldn't believe how good it smelled!We both agreed that it was the best pho we had ever had - two thumbs up!

The vegetables were fresh the owners were friendly the place was clean. Try the Vietnamese sandwich. It was great

I've eaten here so many times and most if the time I eat the pho. Which is decent. Good enough that I don't drive to monroe every time I want a bowl. The reason I'm writing a review today, as I finish my vegetable stir fry with rice, is that despite the average quality of food, they still have the gall to bring my order out with half the rice I actually need to finish my meal. So I ask for more and they charge me 2 more dollars. In an age of money grabs, this didn't surprise me. But now I spend 16 dollars, 18 if I was inclined to tip, on food I could have made myself for 2 weeks at the same price at home. So I will reinforce the ideal, when I want to go out to eat, I won't settle for this average restaurant. I won't even come in for pho. What am I supporting? It is definitely not high quality food or dining experience. Convenience is all it offers. I'm over this place.

I really like the waitress and the food was really good

I ate here for lunch last week. The service was friendly and helpful. I ordered the Vietnamese shrimp crepes. What a treat! They were delicious. This restaurant is a great choice for a quick, tasty bite to eat.

This is my go to place for quick weekday dinners when i am feeling lazy. I get my protein fix with a vermicelli bowl with lemongrass tofu. The stir fry is excellent, probably the best. It is a hidden gem. I go to Thai and Vietnamese places all the time and every where and it is just amazing that one of the best food is made in this restaurant hidden in Snohomish. They also have usual south Asian beer.

I love this place. Always make a point to stop and eat here when I’m in snohomish. The owners are beyond kind, generous serving sizes and fair prices. Would recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and soul-warming meal!

Awesome food!

I enjoyed the food and it is the best Pho I have had on this side of the tressell. BUT! The menus were sooooo dirty, all of them at my table had old food crusted all over them. I felt like I really needed to go wash my hands after touching them.The Pho broth was better than other Pho places in the area but not as good as places in Everett, Marysville and Seattle.There was an off putting smell that caught me off guard when my food was brought to my table. It dissipated after a minute and I never figured it out. The service was good, the waitress was very kind and service was quick. I will comeback when I'm in the area, I did enjoy my food.Like my reviews? Give me a like! Thanks!

Good food good price

My son loves pho and this met his expectation!! They staff was very kind.

Great place for dining in or takeout. Reasonable prices, nice menu. Friendly staff. They'll give you leftover bones for your dog if you ask.

The atmosphere is very nice. No distracting tv screens. They have great food and are very accomodating. My Dad likes the vegetables in their red curry, but the flavor if the green curry sauce. They are always willing to make him a special curry combining those elements. When we ate out more regularly, they got to know him well enough to offer him his usual red/green curry combo without him even having to ask.

My husband and I had dinner here for the first time tonight. We had appetizers, papaya/mango salads, beer, and Vietnamese coffee. Delicious! Excellent customer service. We are kicking ourselves for not going here for a meal until now! We will definitely be returning!

The pho here is really good, reasonable pricing and good staff

Excellent pho and also excellent bahn-mi - all proper-like! The cook came over to thank us for cleaning our plates. Definitely repeat customers, for sure!

Great food at great prices

Have to change my review (previously 5 stars) after a change in ownership. This use to be my favorite pho in the PNW. Still a good restaurant, but just average. Service is excellent. Quality of the meat (especially brisket) has gone down, and portion sizes have also gone down for the price. Seems you get about half as many noodles in a medium pho. Broth is also thin, seems overly spiced to make up for this.

Wife likes the pho

Not good pho, tasted like instant broth and the meat was not good. Also the noodle texture was too soft, felt a bit gooey. Go somewhere else.

We always love getting food here, and the service is always great. Today we had some spring rolls, I had a bbq pork bahn mi, and my wife had a noodle bowl. Filled us up, but we never fell guilty about filling up on rice noodles and veggies. -1 star for the fact that there has always, every single visit, been a handful of flies buzzing around the dining room... the food has never been off, we've never had a bad meal there, but the flies are slightly off-putting. We've been to many pho places in king and snohomish counties, and this is always our go-to.

I love them. During this time of corovirus they were extremely accommodating and lovely- provided curbside pick up of the delicious food. I can't praise them enough 😀!!

Great Vietnamese food with attentive service. Fresh ingredients, plenty of gluten free choices. Wide variety of choices on the menu. Recommended.

This is hard because I like eating here. But the beef was spolied and tasted really bad. So I took the beef out. First bad experience. They used to be very fresh. I hope they still care about quality.

Top quality food, good friendly service.

Super attentive, fast service! The thai iced tea is amazing and I think all my food (pho, appetizer and drink) came out in under 5 minutes. :) Also right near my childcare, so a nice quiet place to eat before picking them up!

Ordered my food for take out. They were very nice and it was ready in 5 minutes and I was in and out quickly. The proportions were large. Prices were good. The stir fry veggies and rice were full of veggies and so good. Pho was great too! I defiantly recommend this place! It’s my new local go to for pho!

Really good, I had the chicken Pad Thai, and the 2 others had Pho. It was all good, they were really kid friendly and were very yummy! First time to eat there and in a restaurant since the whole pandemic started. Will be going again!

The pho was ok. I've had much better.

Went for lunch on a Thursday. 1 other family there. We were brought water right away while we looked at the menu. After we placed our order we waited less than 10 mins for food. It was fresh and very hot. Had to ask for more water and a to-go box as the staff switched out and the new person didn't check on us, but she was very responsive when I asked for stuff and brought it right away. They offer a take out option which I will definitely be doing in the future. It was very good! They did have a restroom on site, but we didn't use it. They also have parking specifically for the restaurant so you can park close.

New owners not up to old owners, need help in kitchen lack freshness, flavor, quality of Vegas as so many restaurants do. How about more using farm fresh from right here. Like Caruso farm for instance, or Skipley Farm for fruits.

Good banh mi sandwich, good prices. I was hoping they had pork belly as an option but they only had BBQ pork. It was clean but a little dated.

Bhan mi was great, certainly worth a return for those and to explore the menu. Bun was ok good.
